OT: one other remark. Mind you these doctors at the Maine Pain Clinic were contemplating fresh ideas, and one was the hope that the methodology they were using could get around what makes straight forward surgical removal of a chunk of the nerve preceding the neuroma is disappointing in too many cases, and that is because nerve trunk pain is a common event plus the nerves have a disheartening tendency to regrow following cutting, their theory was this new method will trick the nerve into not knowing their has been a severance and not develop trunk pain nor regrow, and after 5 years, there has been none of these complications, and this centers on their wish to destroy/disintregrate the neuroma itself and leave the rest of the nerve alone.
The absolutely last resort they said was Phenol, which, for reason i don't understand, they wanted to get rid of as a treatment choice. I do know phenol destroys everything it touches indiscriminately and you still are faced with trunk pain possibility and regrowth.
The whole premise was to go directly to the specific pathology, and destroy only it. Max p.s. btw, this treatment was so new that the neurosurgeon who referred me to them told me they would be treating me with Phenol, he didn't even yet know about their new treatment.

Zeev, could you tell me why the Dec Quarter should have a higher DSO than other quarters; it seems that pre Christmas and Chanukah sales would be increased and there is less pressure to decrease prices. People still need to buy presents!!
