Raybusto fair share Not negotiable IMO and therein lies the problem. We started without "income tax" and it's passage was a travesty and in violation of the original principles of the Constitution. It even seems it was never properly ratified. Start talking taxes that do not violate Article 1, Section 9 [4] and I'll be listening. The 16th Amendment wiped out the 13th. Slave or tax slave. Quelle difference The argument is that heirs will leave the gold buried in a coffee can in the back yard, not likely. They'll do many things with it and the implications of that are not fairly proscribed by some imagined social contract.
