So, on the 'level playing field,' JEB, that you feel yourself to be competing on, do you have your corporation established off-shore to avoid paying income tax?

Please get back to me ASAP about that as I'm interested in doing the same as Stanley Tools, for just one example.

My guess is that Ray has been burned badly in a business deal and he now has to invent some global conspiracy of the rich to explain his misfortune. His generalizations are ludicrous.
