I agree EIMS. It amazes me how all these facts, rumors, allegations and revelations are being brought out only now. Where were these people before? Was it fear of Tony that kept them from being open with us? Fear of verbal abuse, or fear of physical harm? Did people feel an ethical obligation to inform site members of all these many alleged misdeeds much earlier? A few facts and many rumors have been revealed privately to me by several people since Tony's arrest - why did no one speak up before? Were they just being polite and didn't want to speak out of place? Why are they not polite now? One possible explanation is that it's open season on Tony and all sitemembers because Tony is the only one with all the facts to rebut the accusations, and he is not here. Suddenly the lion hunters are very brave now that the lion is defanged and declawed. Is it one of these reasons? Perhaps there is another explanation. If anyone would like to share that with me, I do try to keep an open mind. The sniping, rudeness and vitriole just serves to close it, though, so if anyone wants a real discussion, please be decent. Thanks, Peter P.S. Another question, what is it about Tony that inspires such a huge discussion? This may be the most important question. What is it about his history, personality and situation that confuses and divides us so?

Robert H. and Peter, for your reference, I am aware of at least one other person that knew as much as me and even more. That person, had the information way before the indictments, and for your information, that person has been steadily feeding both the SEC and FBI with information and documents, for at least the past 18 months. In fact if you had the patience, you could find that persons postings on RB where he/she claimed RICO statute violations at least 18 months ago. Why was he/she doing this? Because your leader and his group offended a public company which had deep pockets and was willing to pay for a very indepth ongoing investigation by some high power people. They probably know more about you and Tony, than you know about yourselves.......right down to what was in your trash can every week!!!!!! So what do you consider crossing the "line". Huh??? Someone that posts the truth and facts. Someone with copies of all of your chat logs? Someone who reported criminal violations to the SEC and FBI? Now really, how long did you think the party would last? Oh, did you settle your lawsuit with M.T??? Also, to the contrary, I do believe that many had knowledge, especially you. But once the FBI goes thru Tonys computer and his tape recordings, then we will know who knew what! I also believe that someone in custody is going to cut a deal with the U.S.Attorney, then everyone will know the truth. Why after Tonys arrest did you set up another private chat site, eliminating people you could not "trust"? Such secrecy only plays on ones suspicions! Thus my personal opinion, based on what I have seen, is that you are as soiled as Tony and not as innocent as you claim! JMHO
