Hi, Joe -

"I'd say the odds are pretty good. It would be consistent with a ramp up in some other positions lately."

Yes! PTK has (probably) snagged another sign of the changes to come.

A few months ago, we discussed the changes that would be necessary at DMX, if the "plan" that RK revealed at Xmas was to unfold properly.

My comment at the time was that if we didn't see these changes happening at DMX, then we would be entitled to be very skeptical. If we did see them, it would be another confirmation that the anticipated events will happen.

We have now seen the IR position solidified, and (potentially) the addition of a controller.

These additions to staff will be part of the transition from the R+D phase; if the NASDAQ listing is to proceed, US investors are going to want to see a fully functional company.

RK has kept costs under rigid control during the R+D phase: to use Wily's wonderful phrase - "She throws nickels around like manhole covers."

There has been a steady stream of negativity - in the guise of "objectivity" - on the subject of DMX's future. The important clues as to what's happening have been dismissed as "pumping".

The fact of the matter is that the signs are there for all to see - and they're extremely positive.

If this position isn't for DMX, I'll expect one that is - and soon.

Jim
