That's if the leaders had any control. If they did the problem would be on its way to being solved, instead of exacerbated for further plans for pre-emtive strikes against sovereign states. They don't. Control resides with either the terrorists or the CIA infiltrators in these countries, IMO, not with the so-called leadership. It has been that way for decades. That's why it is impossible for the administration to declare Saudi Arabia an enemy, even though their royal princes give hundreds of millions to terrorists who kill US citizens. The fix is in, either real threats to their lives, or backroom deals, take your pick.
