Good point. Jerry Sanders will have to resort to Clintonian logic in order to escape legal action.

Or maybe not. Jimmy Mac is right. Sanders isn't even on the radar screen. For one thing, the radar is more sensitive to companies with deep pockets, and AMD isn't one of them.
