I remember this.

Right now I have a feeling it's Go2Net and SiliconInvestor that have regrets about even offering the 'vote'.

No one has really said much about the impact on SI management and one can only surmise. But, it would seem reasonable to suppose that SI has been served with court orders to produce all deleted posts of certain individuals as well as 'private' messages that must have passed back and forth between certain players.

I hope no one here really believed that SI private messages were really private. That is to say, irretrievable.

I heard a rumor that Jeff reviews each private message every night looking for stock tips. <g>
