LOL! A close family member has some experiences, if he goes to Monterrey school for languages, which tell me it's not all work. But mostly. The point is the rank and file are terrific by and large. More good people are needed, the old warriors should all be fired and retired. It's the corruption at the top, as always. The structure leads to the system being subservient to the executive branch, and not even that, if some wish.
