The GAO report was debunked the day it was issued. The agency was trying to duck responsibility by simply reporting that the Clinton Cretins didn't burn down the White House and bulldoze the ashes. Since the actual walls were still up, the GAO checked out...

Chances are the Clinton Cretins made the place into a pig sty the day they walked in, in 1993, and simply didn't notice that it was uninhabitable by real humans...

The point of the GAO report is that the White House was not trashed. It only cost a little more than $1000 to clean up. Go price office building cleanup sometime, you will realize that they left the building in great shape. How gracious was Rove? Maybe you should fax your apology to Clinton's office in Harlem.
