The web site has info on Sprint Corp. Isn't this the consolidated company. You are looking at separate 10K and 10Q for PCS and FON.

Correct. The Edgar website that someone pointed me to had, as best I could tell, only the consolidated Sprint financials, whereas I was looking at the PCS subsidiary's data in the last earnings press release.

Therefore, isn't PCS really as healthy as the consolidated company rather than just being as healthy as the tracking stock. This calls to question the validity of the whole tracking stock concept.

There is a certain logic to that, but that wasn't the question that Mucho raised. He was comparing PCS to AWE not FON to T. And in fairness it is an interesting question for Qualcomm afficionados - does technology choice matter or is it utterly swamped by financing concerns, sales/marketing, ... .
