a) Democrat, no. You've been too weary to read previous posts.

b) Paid, no. It costs to post here, even tho' I've got a lifetime membership, the household honey-do's lack sometimes. During the week, it costs even more, between meetings and other duties.

c) Talking points of Democrats? Any similarity is as coincidental as similarity to Republican points.

As far as the energy debacle, I'm more familiar than you are apparently, having (a) worked for an energy company as a VC for a year, (b) following the newspaper accounts daily living in the state during that period, with one home in an effected area, and other homes in non-affected areas, I saw the contrast, (c) having enough common sense to know a $40b+ contract wasn't necessary, and (d) unlike you, not being mesmerized by administration mandarins, in fact quite suspicious of them as a group.

As posted previously, the rules leading to the debacle were crafted by PG&E and put into place during governor Wilson's term. Davis only mismanaged the after-debacle contract. Hopefully that will be unwound.
