To call Templeton "the last great bull" shows me you don't really know who he is and what his credentials are, the man is a true giant and a treasure... you can interpret what he says in any way you like, I know him well enough to take heed...<g> I don't plan on missing the real bottom, but in the mean time his comments are significant to those who know who he is.....

How about the fact that he shorted massive amounts of dot com stocks late Jan of 2000 ..

The only time that he went short anything in his lifetime.
