In all of these cases there was corrupt and/or criminal activity by a few individuals, while the VAST majority of the decent, hardworking employees did nothing wrong. IMO, the government has an obligation to prosecute the criminals and send them to jail - but it appears that the egos of some of the prosecutors is resulting in a corporation-killer attitude. I thought the Clinton administration's DOJ was out of control with the Microsoft case, but it appears that the anti-corporation bias is still quite prevalent.
