The above is propaganda and has nothing to do with "the people" expressing themselves, it's a partisan putting "spin" on the result.

How about a test? Name the income/net worth level and amount at which you would allow, what, non-whites only to recieve a voucher to go to a school that the parents believe will better educate their child?
