If the high court says yes to vouchers, what's to stop Elijah Muhammad and the Nation of Islam from opening "academies" in virtually every large American city and receiving tax dollars to defray the costs of education?

We already have it NOW Flap. Muslim prayer allowed in public school in New York while Nativity scenes are banned. I think what your really afraid of is children learning conservative principles and/or losing tax dollars supporting union workers.

Courts are constantly making distinctions as to content, if a school has a "seditious agenda" then it cannot recieve tax dollars. End of report. Now what's the objection?

BTW, even if that did occur and a parent flushed a kids education via a crappy choice, there'd be no doubt as to who is to blame.

Acts of sedition would not be allowed or tolerated under the rules for vouchers.

I think your question is disingenuous.

Are you saying teaching Islam can be a bad thing from a societal point of view?

By the way, how many of these institutions exist today?

It's called supply and demand.
