The FBI "forgot" 4,000 pages of documents until after the trial, and "forgot" to interview others directly involved.

From the conspiracy POV it looked like another managed investigation with a brainwashed patsy.

I'm agnostic about it, but the idea of executions of individuals just because "they want to" in this day and age is questionable. Even more questionable when tribunals offer to detain, try, and execute in secret with secret evidence, all by order of the Executive Branch.

Having perfect excuses doesn't make it perfect. It makes it ripe for absolute control, when you can threaten secret death, you pretty much control everyone, innocent and guilty. Just the fact that these powers were asked for is a clue to the strategies involved.
