I am on record in my subscription service as predicting a summer rally. (I sure hope I am right!) Incidentally, Sy Harding came out with an article today predicting a summer rally as well: syharding.com By the way, several people have told me that they thought Brinker gets many of his ideas from Sy Harding. I am not sure who has been around longer, but they both have said many of the same things. If you haven't read Harding before, he is worth the read.
