JBH....Last weekend, I and my sibling helped our elderly father dispose of some items from his cluttered house at a yard sale. I sold a paperback book on real estate investing, authored by Maurice Unger. Just checked....same book is available, used, on Amazon.com. That's how easy it is to learn something about the financial aspects of buying and owning real estate. (Plenty of other books available--cheap--on the same subject). No need to "trust people" you read on an internet discussion site.
