Caxton, Yes it does. I also heard reference to it on CNBC the other day. So it is well circulated. Another very easy way to look at the whole makeup of the DOW is to say that the uptrend from those Sept. lows through the first qtr. has been broken by the bear market downtrend started in early 2000. That picture is much easier to capture using a longer term timeframe like a monthly chart.
