Borb,
almost ANY stock does have a PSR. PSR == price to SALES ratio. Not earnings. Earnings are lagging sales. Sales are leading because they are directly connected to the top line. Usually PSR of an industry should converge mid to longterm but in the shortterm reflects size and management efficiency. I like to buy well positioned low-PSR laggards in each segment.. Growth prospects could be measured by using implied PSR if you got quarterly numbers wich aren't there in Japan or you could apply a growth factor to calculate "future exp. PSR"..
