I think you are BOTH off base. While Ken may be overstating his case, it is clear that each of the offenders he has cited has failed to exercise his Constitutionally guaranteed right to comment with the requisite responsibility such rights entail. Daschle's comments following the whole "Bush knew" flap were totally out of line and inappropriate for someone in his leadership position. I have yet to see him offer an apology for his partisan attack on the President in a time of national crisis. Ken may be stretching his analysis a bit, but it isn't by much.... JLA
