What did he raise rates, twice?

I am no Greenspan fan, but really now.

I am siding with those who blame options, because the CEO's and executive management put their personal greed ahead of the shareholders. That caused the bubble, and was encouraged by Clinton, especially when Andersen just got a slap on the hand last time they were in trouble.

And, I do not see anything being done about it, either. Look at the CPQ HWP merger, the only ones to be rewarded off this piece of buzzard meat is the management. Dell is eating their lunch, but does Carly care? Hell no and why should she, she just made a deal taht set's her up for life. To hell with the shareholders. As blatant a case of management telling the shareholders to go to hell as it gets, IMO.
