Democracy depends on the open exchange of ideas and the a lack of censorship.............we no longer have either in this country. The writer you referred to has his or her opinion and you have yours. That writer embraces the very essence of democracy.........freedon of speech. Only patriots encourage the open exchange of all ideas...........paranoid individuals who block free speech ( Bush at OSU ) and need to scare constituents into submission are the democracy haters ( Bush trying to push his war on terror which is just an exercise in political subterfuge [should call it shrubterfuge] ). My brother is a staunch conservative and he is now beginning to cave in and admit that Bush is a phony front man. My brother was an elected official at the county level for many years as a Republican in an eastern state. Pat
