Giving Martha the Benefit of the Doubt.<g> biz.yahoo.com Of course, if Martha follows some TA, she can probably argue that IMCL failed on the rally on December 17 at the 70.35 level (Unable to retest the December 6 H of 75.45) And then started on a downturn on December 19 to the 60.75 level that was enough to "scare her".(From that point on the stock never traded above its intermediate term average)<g> (That way she doesn't even have to get involved with the other insiders sales at the end of the month.<g>) Bernard
