But, please don't tell me that you are saying we don't have the right to political speech at all. Please don't say you are defending a turd who believes any one (even high elected government officials) can be striped of their citizenship merely because they say something he disagrees with.

This is a strawman.

No one is saying, not even Ken, that we have no right to political free speech, just that those rights must be exercised responsibly, especially in a time of war and that daschle and the rest of that crew have failed to do so. Ken takes it a step further by advocating stripping them of citizenship but there are those who believe that making unsubstantiated, non-factual statements which create confusion, fear and distrust of the government are aiding and abetting the enemy. This may not equate to treason but it is damn close.
