My understanding for what Mr. Yeung said about Brazil Germany Italy England etc. are the hated teams because they have beaten the other teams more often and at the same time they are often the teams denied the other teams to become world cup champion. These teams and their supporters also hate each other at occasions(we can recall that supporters for different teams fight against each other in the street from time to time). On the other hand, these same teams give great performances to the world, we all enjoy them. Let's say there's a love/hate feelings involved here_in a sense.
