a preliminary check of the 350 stocks i follow shows only 7 going on buy signals aig bac ceph frx gild vrtx zran unless we make a higher low and then a higher high on the 10 point nasd-5 point sox--and 10 point ndx---i will stay short-eventhough my bp is at about 24% if we do make a higher low and another higher high--than i think we could have a sustainable rally--bwtfdik????
