I found out the following today about Fort Knox from a person who has worked on the base. Their are 4 fences that surround the depository they have barricades placed so that a tank would have trouble going over them. They also have land mines placed around the perimiter. Their are two snipers on duty also. It sounds like they are prepared for anything except maybe politicians and central bankers!

the gold accounting issue should slowly gather exposure this one will be the trickiest of all to see daylight I suspect that JPMorgan will be the catalyst dunno for sure Rep Paul of Texas seems to be a spearhead in Congress dunno if he is regarded as a kook it is clear double booking by the Federal Reserve all leased (and sold) gold still shows up on its books the gold has been replaced in the form of IOU's e.g. futures contracts, simple IOU contracts I believe evidence exists that the Fed has begun the margin calls thru its broker, JPMorgan case in point is Barrick Gold in May concalls clear evidence we will see / jim
