Yes. I personally think that every student ought to be able to get an A if they put in the work necessary to do that. I believe that curves, which force a percentage of students to fail, are outrageous. I like to think that every single student can make an A. I am willing to preview assignments for students, to let them know how to improve, because I think that it is growth and improvement that I want to see as an educator- regardless of the age of the student. A student who can produce excellent work without my guidance, doesn't really need me as a teacher, do they?
