No, I have not.

But there was a news brief last week that I read about an undersecretary in the Dept. of Commerce who was convicted of breaking trade sanctions in the early 1980's, selling sensitive technology to the apartheid government of So. Africa, during the Botha administration. Now I've heard of about half a dozen convicted felons serving in the Bush administration.
