IPO's? ROTFL, these guys got stock options "coming out the wazoo", ready to unload on me..and..YOU!

When I first read the comment that insiders might run out of shares to sell, I was quite amused at the naivete of that comment. For one, there is potentially an infinite supply of shares. Secondly, if by some miracle, an insider "ran out of shares to sell" he/she would simply short shares that would later be covered. The notion that it takes six months or six minutes to manufacture more shares is nonsense. The insider simply shorts whatever number of shares he wants to sell right NOW and then covers when he eventually gets the shares from options, secondary offerings, or whatever.

best...

Guess I skipped over this one.

Do you know what an IPO is?

It has nothing to do with EXISTING Companies.

It has nothing to do with current shares traded on any major exchange.

IT IS A NEW ISSUE. PERIOD.

One that has not come to market yet.

One that has to register to bring it to market. Yes. Six months.

The bear spin doctors work the web.

Naive? lol

Keep talkin'

Best Regards, J.T.

Since the comment came from me and it was a naivete in your words... surely it must have been me the naive one you were referring to, NO?

Nice spin with words, wouldn't you say???

Charlotte weaves the web.
