Bull... As I pointed out 'waste, fraud, and abuse' recaptures might return - at best - high single digits when measured against the budget.

And, I'm FOR smacking the government HARD on 'W., F., and A.'... but to get to SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS, you've got to cut REAL PROGRAMS (like I said... and I named a few), or you've got to go the other way and raise revenue.

I've already said I'd prefer to CUT corporate welfare ($250B+ per year) and nearly ALL pork and special interest preferences in the codes... and indirect transfer subsidies too, such as protectionist tariffs - and then lower tax rates all around.

That's close to a trillion$ in pork cuts, and close to that in tax cuts (I'd drop taxes only to a balanced budget... not into deficits) that I've recommended... what have YOU found?
