Pardon my ignorance but what does this mean (Major flare) and what is the potential here ? Does KOB have the ability to return to the better prices of long ago ?? Been reading posts (and in this stock) for a long time now...also trying to be patient as there doesn't seem to be anything else one can do at this point.
