What difference does it make whose ballot it is on--you are getting to vote on the question--or you saying the election is rigged? Yes--it is a huge difference between splitting a county vs. a country, but you are the one who tried to make an analgous argument bewtween the two saying if Kashmir can secede so can the San Fernando Valley. Tell me this--if the vote goes through and suceeds in your San Fernando Valley secesion--will you then be for a plebicite in Kashmir?
