Off topic...All of Colorado is socked into a smokey haze. We have had to breath smoke for a couple of weeks now. I wonder how much we are subconsciously effected by this. When I was young, I had responsibility for 1000 bee hives. I was always amazed by the response of the bees any time they smelled smoke. They fill their tummys with honey and prepare to evacuate the hive. It would be an interesting study for some Phd candidate to assess the reactions to Coloradoans from breathing smoke for so long(the ones not in the vacinity of actual evacuations).

I wonder if there is an unusual or irrational level of flightiness as a result.
