One hour left in this market and the thing that jumps out at me is the trading in the semis that I've talking about the last two days. With the btb coming out after hours, today's trading will give the big clue as to where the smart money is going to take them. If the market would close right here and now with the way many of these stocks are trading my guess is the news won't be good. Check out the intraday trading for many of them and you will notice small h$s patterns (MRVL, NVLS) with prices for many already in the red. Of course we know how the smart money likes to operate. Distribute all day while holding prices up, let the bad news come out after the close and then let the little guy chase prices down with a big gap in the morning. It must be like watching that mouse on his wheel in the cage. Unfortunately that is the game. Fortunate for us though, the smart money regardless of how savvy they are, they do leave big foot prints. A day like today (if it stays this way) with moderate prices for most of the major avgs, and possible reversals in some of the key stocks could open the floodgates tomorrow for most stocks to continue on the already established trends - which is down. Watching the close.

Good trading.
