Cause it beats buying HYPE at $60 and "hoping" nothing cause a business downturn taking the stock to the net asset level. Cause I personally like easy 4X potential returns without worrying about trading or excess valuations. Cause the event risk of a massive cycle downturn has already occured.

Are you going to sell me a Garden Center at net asset value or not?
