Susie, careful what you read. AMGN is up 6 points in last 2 trading days.

You could have made 200-300% on call options by playing it smart or 6 points plus in 48 trading hours.

Besides, opinions vary widely. I just heard on CNBC that a top stock picker says that BTK's and DRUGS are technically way oversold. To me, it's certainly cleat that stocks like KG, MYL, and ADVP are fundamentally undervalued. Look at them, they rarely miss earnings and they grow by 20-25%. KG has dropped from $46 to $23 in the last few months for no real reason.

Who do you believe? Answer, you trust yourself and often become a contrarian. If a sector like BTK was very hot and has not been for two years, the odds that it will become one of the hotter sectors again is MORE likely not less. Most sectors are fairly cyclic.

However, rather that guess or believe one post or story over another, I watch the tape and technicals. My charts say that the BTK has some resistance to overcome just north of here, but easily could run up another 10-15% from these levels in the short term. How high it becomes in the intermediate term is up to the Power Players and analysts, who for some reason people still listen to far too much.
