have buck at 10.90 on 15min delay.---A thought, these pre-expiration ramp ups are now standing out so clearly now any short shorterm trading shorter who plays into this in the future needs help:) They are blatant, because they are occurring in a down moving market.
The other possibility is they don't need clueless shorts actuallly as they are using their own shorts to drive them into calls.
But just as a question, is market churning, ramping up, etc. legal?? Is not what we are seeing technically against SEC laws. Would not the theory of MaxPain in itself be against the laws of trading(per SEC regulations) under the premise it is an artifice to simply manipulate and destroy the concept of a "level playing field".LOL! level playing field. We all know this goes on and will continue to go on, but it is,is it not, illegal??? max
