I think perhaps we should just carry on anyway.

I just had a very rough pedicure and manicure. My hands still HURT from the "massage". Now, I am depending upon your professional opinion here, should I sue? I feel I have been emotionally harmed. I was expecting a pleasant experience and I did not get one. Although she did do a very nice job on my nails.
