"Brooker said the company is considering legal action against a major internet service provider which he says, "Has taken no action whatever against the perpetrators despite our very vocal and repeated complaints. They have, however, terminated the accounts of anyone identified as supportive of our company. I was appalled to learn that even this morning, they are still allowing one of these RICO defendants to continue to operate software that allows him to actually read a message posted on their stock chat board and then identify your internet service provider and gather other identifying information about you. This is very chilling indeed."
