TeleWrx Inc. CEO Goes on Offensive to Curb Perceived Shorting of Company's
Securities; Reaction to Trade Results

Business Editors

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 2002--Converge Global
Inc. (CVRG) wholly owned subsidiary TeleWrx, Inc. CEO Michael Brown
has voiced his concerns that in spite of favorable press about its
letter of intent with ICR Services, featured company of the month in
Money Makers Monthly (www.mmmonthly.com) and a national launch of
services and business opportunity set for Saturday June 22, 2002 in
Los Angeles, California, he feels there is a continuation of short
sales of the TeleWrx stock which have occurred over the past two
months. He has asked publicly for his shareholders to order their
stock certificates out for delivery from any brokerage accounts where
they were deposited. This procedure will help defuse the ability to
loan these securities to persons or firms who engage in the perceived
practice of short selling

ROTFLMAO these schmucks will believe anything....

"Brooker said the company is considering legal action against a major internet service provider which he says, "Has taken no action whatever against the perpetrators despite our very vocal and repeated complaints. They have, however, terminated the accounts of anyone identified as supportive of our company. I was appalled to learn that even this morning, they are still allowing one of these RICO defendants to continue to operate software that allows him to actually read a message posted on their stock chat board and then identify your internet service provider and gather other identifying information about you. This is very chilling indeed."
