Yes that is the problem Powell also kept Saddam in power. It is about time this administration should arrive to the right conclusion and kick him out. He is to cocky anyway. He assumed the hard work of Schwarzkopf and his team as it was his work by manipulating the media and many forget that he was against Desert Storm in the first place. Rice could take his position and clean house at the State Department, no to mention that some friends of Rumsfeld who could be of great help.
