I believe Elgindy case gave them the idea

to try and go after them mentioning RICO. I'm amazed they admitted that their promoters were booted off RB. The silly claim about snagging isp info is also ridiculous. Anyone can do that on any message board or via email. If they're honest people, why would they care about people knowing their isp info anyway. That pr is a huge red flag for a very suspect company.
