Rallying on hopes of restoring credit ratings, as per MIR release yesterday about securing a partner to bank role trading ops hopefully by summers end. Those that regain an "A" rating will definitely rally but where will stock prices be at that point is anybodys guess. Nonetheless, a good sector to trade. Cheers!

The DJU has been crushed this year despite lower bond yields. No reason why it can't rebound as rates rise. Rates are not the primary drivers for utilities in this cycle.
