Hey Subpar Tommie! Have you emerged from your Bat Cave again, or you still reduced to only cutting and pasting your previous rants?

It would seem from your inane and illegible posts that your must still be heavily medicated... my prayers go out to you in your distress!

As far as the single cogent thought expressed in your latest rant (expressed as a question): "you think the replaced materials cost is the only cost?"

>>> Actually, I didn't offer any personal thoughts at all. I merely quoted from the official GAO report.

>>> I can expand on my answer though: the GAO numbers were not calculated from just 'materials costs', but also included time value of labor.

>>> One further comment: since GAO indicated there was evidence for a similar amount of damage done when Bush turned over the White House to Clinton... (and even when Reagan turned the White House over to Bush!), I believe it's fair to conclude that even if they had only looked at "replaced materials cost" - like you thought - for those three transitions, then whatever the 'total' costs turned out to be they would still be comparable.

Ah, what a rhubarb you are!
