Besides, why are you so concerned about legal expenditures? It is the illegal expenditures that are the problem. Such as your claim that GAO spent $200,000 to track down stolen White House art pieces, etc. If you are so concerned about the cost of the investigation, then you should ask the Clinton's to reimburse the government for it.
