Mephisto, Re: Have you ever thought of moving to another country? I've been trying to come up with a list. Any suggestions? A friend has offered to help me re-establish in Montreal. I'm not sure if that is far enough from Washington for my tastes. <g> Costa Rica seems like a nice haven. Though I dread tropical bugs, having already experienced the same. I think I'm destined for the Northern tier of possibilities. Kamchatka seems intriguing. I could really enjoy the salmon fishing.
