The ones I bought today traded after 16:00.
So I guess they do. I was a bit surprised!!!!

The QQQ is treated as an index option - trades till 4:15. And the 28 Puts got a 50% haircut in those 15 minutes.

Actually that was simplistic. They trade for a few minutes but that is it. At any rate the answer is the same, PUT activity is noexistant at the timeframe in question.

Now could it have been futures related (to trap bullish ah sentiment and longs)?
That is a different animal I believe, and I do not have the answer.
