Good for you.

Hope it makes up for your horrible losses in Techland.

Calling names tells me you are running scared. As a homeowner I hope I am wrong about this. I do not see the demographics supporting the aging boomers when they all sell soon because they need to survive faced with the loss of most of their savings, being a great positive for housing. Mexican immigrants will not be able to buy all of their $400K pads. I hoped I was wrong at Nasdaq 5,000. When no one thinks anything can go wrong and it is always going to go up, there is your answer.

You are totally discounting another 1929 and thereafter induced presently by a major terror act or other situations. That is typical. Denial always runs deep when one is scared and trying to put on a brave face.

I hope you can make up for your monumental tech losses in real estate or elsewhere, and that your investing expertise will overcome. They always say that a bull market makes everyone participating look like an expert, may you continue to be smarter than the herd mentality.
